Author Guidelines

Instructions for Authors

Online Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system. Submissions should be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or LaTeX format and written in clear, professional English.

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the submitted manuscript.

Article Types

The journal accepts the following types of submissions:

• Original Research Articles
• Review Articles
• Short Communications
• Technical Notes
• Case Studies (where applicable)

Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should generally contain the following sections:

• Title
• Author Names and Affiliations
• Corresponding Author Information
• Abstract
• Keywords
• Introduction
• Materials and Methods
• Results
• Discussion
• Conclusions
• Acknowledgements (if applicable)
• References

Authors are strongly encouraged to use the journal manuscript template.

Title Page

The title page should include:

• Full manuscript title
• Full names of all authors
• Institutional affiliations
• Corresponding author’s email address
• ORCID iD(s), where available

Abstract

The manuscript should contain an abstract of no more than 250 words.

The abstract should:

• Clearly state the purpose of the study
• Briefly describe the methodology
• Summarize the main findings
• Present the principal conclusions

References, figures, tables, and unexplained abbreviations should not be included in the abstract.

Keywords

Authors should provide 4–6 keywords immediately following the abstract.

Keywords should accurately reflect the content of the manuscript and assist indexing services in identifying relevant research.

Figures and Tables

Figures and tables should be cited in the text and numbered consecutively.

• Use clear, high-quality figures.
• Provide concise and informative captions.
• Ensure all symbols, abbreviations, and units are properly explained.
• Place figures and tables as close as possible to their first citation in the manuscript.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for any copyrighted material used in their manuscripts.

Equations

Equations should be clearly formatted and numbered consecutively when referenced in the text.

Mathematical symbols and notation should be defined when first introduced.

References

References should be cited in the text using numerical citations in square brackets.

Example:

Previous studies have demonstrated similar findings [1].

The reference list should be arranged in the order of citation.

Authors are encouraged to include DOI identifiers for all references whenever available.

Language Quality

Manuscripts should be written in clear and professional English.

The journal reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet acceptable language standards or require extensive language editing before peer review.

Proofs

Accepted manuscripts will be prepared for publication and proofs will be sent to the corresponding author for review.

Authors should carefully check the proofs and return any corrections promptly to avoid delays in publication.
