Submissions

Prepare your manuscript using the guidance below, then submit it online. GJMA accepts Microsoft Word and LaTeX manuscripts. There are no submission or publication fees.

Online Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system. Submissions should be prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or LaTeX format and written in clear, professional English.

The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the submitted manuscript.

Article Types

The journal accepts the following types of submissions:

Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should generally contain the following sections:

• Title
• Author Names and Affiliations
• Corresponding Author Information
• Abstract
• Keywords
• Introduction
• Methods, Proofs, or Mathematical Analysis
• Results
• Discussion
• Conclusions
• Acknowledgements (if applicable)
• References

Authors are strongly encouraged to use the journal manuscript template.

Title Page

The title page should include:

• Full manuscript title
• Full names of all authors
• Institutional affiliations
• Corresponding author’s email address
• ORCID iD(s), where available

Abstract

The manuscript should contain an abstract of no more than 250 words.

The abstract should:

• Clearly state the purpose of the study
• Briefly describe the methodology
• Summarize the main findings
• Present the principal conclusions

References, figures, tables, and unexplained abbreviations should not be included in the abstract.

Keywords

Authors should provide 4–6 keywords immediately following the abstract.

Keywords should accurately reflect the content of the manuscript and assist indexing services in identifying relevant research.

Figures and Tables

Figures and tables should be cited in the text and numbered consecutively.

• Use clear, high-quality figures.
• Provide concise and informative captions.
• Ensure all symbols, abbreviations, and units are properly explained.
• Place figures and tables as close as possible to their first citation in the manuscript.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for any copyrighted material used in their manuscripts.

Equations

Equations should be clearly formatted and numbered consecutively when referenced in the text.

Mathematical symbols and notation should be defined when first introduced.

References

References should be cited in the text using numerical citations in square brackets.

Example:

Previous studies have demonstrated similar findings [1].

The reference list should be arranged in the order of citation.

Authors are encouraged to include DOI identifiers for all references whenever available.

Language Quality

Manuscripts should be written in clear and professional English.

The journal reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet acceptable language standards or require extensive language editing before peer review.

After Acceptance and Proofs

After acceptance, editable source files may be supplied through the submission system or by email to editor@sciencepubco.com, quoting the article ID. LaTeX submissions should include the source, bibliography, figures, and a compiled PDF.

Accepted manuscripts will be prepared for publication and proofs will be sent to the corresponding author for review.

Authors should carefully check the proofs and return any corrections promptly to avoid delays in publication.

Data, Code, and Numerical Results Policy

GJMA encourages transparency, accuracy, and reproducibility in manuscripts that include numerical experiments, computational methods, algorithms, simulations, mathematical modelling, or applied mathematical analysis.

Authors should provide sufficient methodological detail for readers, reviewers, and editors to understand how numerical or computational results were obtained. Where applicable, manuscripts should include:

• A clear description of the mathematical model, algorithm, or numerical method used
• Initial and boundary conditions, assumptions, parameters, and stopping criteria
• Software, programming language, package, or computational environment used
• Tables, figures, or examples sufficient to support the reported results
• Error estimates, convergence information, stability discussion, or validation where relevant
• Comparison with exact solutions, reference solutions, benchmark problems, or previously published methods where appropriate

When numerical error values are reported, authors must ensure that representative values can be verified against the corresponding numerical and reference or exact solutions whenever sufficient information is available. Absolute error values must be reported consistently and must not be negative.

Authors are encouraged to provide code, datasets, supplementary files, or calculation details when these are necessary to verify or reproduce the results. If code or data cannot be shared because of legal, ethical, institutional, commercial, or technical restrictions, authors should clearly state the reason and provide enough methodological information to allow scholarly evaluation of the work.

Claims concerning convergence, stability, efficiency, accuracy, superiority over existing methods, existence, uniqueness, or reliability must be supported by appropriate proof, analysis, validation, comparison, or carefully qualified evidence.

The journal may request additional data, code, calculations, or clarification during peer review or after publication if questions arise about the accuracy, reproducibility, or integrity of the reported results.

Authors retain copyright and grant GJMA the right of first publication. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, permitting sharing and adaptation, including commercial reuse, with appropriate credit, a link to the license, and an indication of changes.

Authors may share and deposit their manuscripts and published articles in repositories, with acknowledgement and a link to the published version when available. For previously published material, the license stated on the article applies.
