Q1: Can I publish a review or survey paper in this journal ?
There are no restrictions on the type of paper that may be published within journal. Any article submitted that falls within the aims and scope of a journal will be eligible to be published in here.
Q2: How much will it cost to publish in this journal?
Authors are required to pay a $100 US Dollar publication charge. It is a flat fee that does not vary based on word count or use of color figures.
Q3: How long does the review process take?
The papers will be reviewed by two or more independent referees. They may also be read and considered by members of the journal’s editorial board and ultimately by the editor(s) before a decision is rendered. The review result will be sent to you within one month after submission. Do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to know the status of your manuscript.
Q4: How to submit manuscripts?
Authors should submit their manuscript through our online submission system. Through the online submission, authors can easily check the status of their submission. Papers are easier to track, amend, and update. Submissions sent via email will not be accepted.
Q5: How do I know whether my manuscript submission to journal worked OK?
You will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail as soon as you have uploaded the manuscript. Your manuscript will then be checked and forwarded to the editors who will start the preliminary review. If there are any problems with your uploaded manuscript, you will be contacted by the editors.

Q7: What type of file format does you accept?
We accept Microsoft Word 2003 or higher and PDF format.
Q8: Where can I find a template for submission of a paper?

Q9: How many pages are allowed in any submitted paper?
There is no page limit for regular or special issue manuscripts but there is a three-page limit for editorials.
Q10: How many papers can an author submit and what are the restrictions?
An author can submit any number of different papers for publication consideration. You cannot submit the same paper to more than one journal at the same time for consideration.
Q11: What is an Open-Access?
Open Access (OA) is the practice of providing unrestricted access via the Internet to peer-reviewed scholarly journal articles. Our Open Access system follows Creative Commons Attribution License.
Q12: What is Impact Factor? How is it calculated?
The Impact Factor, often abbreviated IF, is a measure reflecting the average number of citations to recent articles published in science and social science journals.
IF is calculated by dividing the number of citations in the Journal Citation Reports year by the total number of articles published in the two previous years.
Q13: Why SPC imposes Article Processing Charges for publishing in its Journals?
The journals in SPC are in Open-access format. The scientific community across the world can have a free and unlimited access to the articles published in our journals. SPC does not receive any subscription charges from its users and does not receive funding from any organization or institutions. The Journals are solely financed by the processing charges received from authors. The processing charges are required to meet maintenance of the journals. Authors are required to pay a fair handling fee for processing their articles. Authors are required to make payment only after their manuscript has been accepted for publication.
Q14: Is there any letter of appointment for being an editorial board member?
Yes, an appointment letter will be provided after the acceptance of the editorial board invitation.

There are no specific charges for color images and number of pages. It will be charged if you opt for reprints separately.
